HAL relies on private donations to fund all of our adoption and community service programs. We are not affiliated with any other Humane Society so there is no "trickle down" of national funds. We receive just 20% of our funding from Wasco County to take in stray dogs brought to us by animal control, the other 80% comes directly from you. Your donation to HAL stays in our community and helps our local animals in need.
